Can anyone do Pilates?
Yes. Pilates is suitable for all ages, level and abilities.
Is Pilates like Yoga?
Pilates and Yoga do have some similarities, both are mind-body type methods of movement. The main difference is that while yoga requires moving from one static posture to the next, Pilates flows through a series of dynamic movements with the emphasis on strength and mobility.
Will Pilates help my bad back?
Pilates exercises can keep the back healthy, flexible and strong and greatly reduce the chances of further injury and back pain.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, loose clothing that is easy to move in. You don’t need trainers as you will exercise in socks or bare feet.
Do I need to bring a mat?
No, all mats and equipment are provided. Please bring a small towel and some water.
How long is a session?
Each class is approximately 55 mins
Do I need to book?
Yes, spaces are limited and should be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.
